Returns & Exchanges

At KickAss Products, we want you to love your new look. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your fashion items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After our team inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
